SITUATION 1

Something has changed,
but I can’t put my finger on it.

Nothing is obviously wrong.
Yet something feels different.

At first you think you are imagining it

Something in your business doesn’t feel quite the same anymore. You can’t put your finger on it, but the feeling of unease isn’t easy to shake.

You try to explain it away. Perhaps it’s just a quieter period, or everyone is experiencing the same thing. Maybe you simply need a break. Maybe business has become harder.

Life moves on, but the feeling stays.

Nothing is obviously wrong. Clients are still coming in, you’re still doing good work and, from the outside, the business looks much as it always has. Yet something feels different, not enough to know what needs changing, but enough that carrying on as though nothing has happened doesn’t feel quite right either.

You start noticing things
you might normally shrug off.

A conversation doesn’t go quite as you expected. Something that used to come easily takes more effort. A part of the business that rarely needed your attention seems to need more of it.

None seems significant enough to explain the unease. You tell yourself you’re probably reading too much into it, but the feeling doesn’t go away.

You find yourself returning to questions
you can’t quite answer:

Has something
changed?

Am I missing
something?

Or am I simply
overthinking it?

You only know that something has your attention.
And perhaps, for now, that is enough to start with.
You don’t need to decide that something is wrong or know what needs changing before you do something about it.

Let's talk about what feels different

A Strategic Conversation gives you space to look at what's really going on, without making assumptions or jumping to conclusions

NOT QUITE YOUR SITUATION?
One of these might sound more familiar.
