understand your vision. - Contractor Briefing and Selection: I’ll propose up to 5 vetted contractors, one for each key discipline (e.g., masonry, electrical, plumbing, tiling, and doors/windows).
- Guided Meetings: I’ll attend meetings with contractors to ensure smooth communication and cultural understanding.
- Personalized Project Planning: We’ll create a clear timeline and payment plans, covering all key project details.
- Ongoing Support: I’ll provide continuous guidance and advice throughout the setup phase.
- Cultural Integration: I’ll help you navigate working with contractors in Portugal, making the process easier.

- Up to 5 Visits Included: The package covers up to 5 visits to your property, free of charge,
if your property is located between Portimão and Albufeira. If your property is located
outside of this area or requires more than 5 visits, travel costs will be discussed and added. - Timeline Expectations: The 4-month setup phase prepares everything, but the actual
renovation will begin once you select contractors. Depending on their availability and the complexity of the project, work can start shortly after. - Involvement Level: This package is designed to to take the burden off your shoulders. I’ll manage the coordination over the 4-month period, while you can rely on the master plan to guide you through the renovation with minimal effort..
- Unexpected Costs: The package covers everything related to contractor briefing and
selection, planning, and guidance. Any additional costs, such as materials, permits, or unforeseen contractor fees, will be addressed separately.
